If a Resident leaves after move-in, they are responsible for any unpaid rent. The Resident is responsible for one additional whole month’s rent. An early termination fee equal to one month’s rent applies. Advertising, cleaning, and turnover costs are also payable. No refund is available unless a replacement tenant is found and approved.
