A holding deposit equivalent to two weeks' rent is required at the time of booking to reserve a room. The holding deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled during the cooling-off period. The holding deposit is applied towards the first rent instalment once the residential tenancy agreement is executed. If the booking is cancelled after the cooling-off period, or the residential tenancy agreement is not signed within the required timeframe, the holding deposit is forfeited.
A bond equivalent to four weeks' rent is required.
Rent is paid fortnightly. Payments begin from the contract start date.
The Mysa House offers fully furnished, shared homes designed for students and young professionals. Simply choose your room, complete your booking, sign your agreement, and move into a ready-to-live-in home with thoughtfully designed shared spaces.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is generally required before moving in. The amount and refund process will be outlined in your tenancy agreement.
