Cooling Off Period
A 48-hour cooling-off period applies from the time the holding deposit is paid, or until the tenancy agreement commences, whichever occurs first. Early termination by students
A tenant who has signed an Occupancy Agreement but has not yet moved in may withdraw from the agreement. A cancellation fee equivalent to one week's bond will be forfeited. - Call a locksmith: If options 1 and 2 are not available, you can always contact a locksmith. Please note that the cost of this service is to be covered by the requesting party.
