Nottingham Trent University students studying at Clifton campus can take advantage of the free hopper bus, taking just 15 minutes.

Security Deposit
1. The property requires you to pay £200 as deposit at the time of booking. 2. In order to secure your booking, the deposit is payable at the time of signing tenancy agreement.
Pay In Instalment
1. Payment in full 2. Payment in 4 instalments (UK based guarantor is required for this payment option).
Mode Of Payment
Credit card, debit card and bank transfer.
Guarantor Requirement
1. A valid UK guarantor is required if you wish to pay for the property in installments. 2. International guarantors are not accepted. 3. If you cannot provide a UK guarantor, the property recommends using the Housing Hand service. Please note: 1. The guarantor must be over 18 years old and a permanent resident of the UK. 2. They need to provide proof of ID, such as a copy of their driving license or passport. 3. They must also provide proof of address, such as a utility bill dated within the last 3 months.
