入住/退房状况表是住户与公寓共同出具的文件,入住和退房时各填写一次,一式多份,双方保存,整个租期有效。入住状况表在交钥匙当天完成(未必与签约日相同),记录房屋初始状态;退房状况表记录租期结束时的状态,确认住户是否完好交还房屋。

公寓提供床品和餐具吗?

所有公寓均配备餐具套装;如需一次性床品套装,可另行付费申请。
