When does the landlord receive my rent?
When does the landlord receive my rent?
The platform holds your first month’s rent and releases it to the landlord 24 hours after you move in, provided there are no major issues reported. This system is designed to give you peace of mind when booking online.
What if the room doesn’t match the listing?
What if the room doesn’t match the listing?
You typically have a short window after move-in to report any serious issues if the property is not as described. If a valid issue is raised within that period, the platform may pause payment to the landlord while reviewing the case.
Is the security deposit paid through the platform?
Is the security deposit paid through the platform?
No. Security deposits are usually paid directly to the landlord, either before arrival or at check-in. Always check the listing details for exact deposit terms.
Can I extend my stay later?
Can I extend my stay later?
Extensions depend on room availability and landlord approval. If you’d like to extend your stay, contact the landlord directly as early as possible.
Is my booking confirmed immediately after I request it?
Is my booking confirmed immediately after I request it?
Not always. Most bookings require landlord approval. Your booking is only confirmed once:
