Cancellation Policies
  • Cooling Off Period
    No cooling-off period is offered. Once a lease is signed and deposits are paid, the unit is considered fully secured and reserved for the tenant. Cancellation is not permitted after this point.
  • No Visa No Pay

    A refundable security deposit is required, which includes the last month's rent and a $250 key deposit. Students applying without a Canadian guarantor are required to pay an additional security/furniture deposit.     Pay In Instalment

    Students can opt for either of the following payment plans: Full Payment — entire lease amount paid upfront. Monthly Payment — rent due on the 1st of each month for the duration of the lease term. A minimum one-year lease is required.
