    In addition to rent, the following monthly and annual fees apply to help maintain the quality and convenience of our community services: Valet Trash Service: $35/month, Pest Control: $5/month, Technology Fee: $85/month (includes internet and/or community tech services), Amenity Fee: A one-time fee of $200, charged once per year, giving you access to our community amenities such as the pool, fitness center, and common areas. These fees ensure we can continue to offer a clean, connected, and comfortable living environment for all residents. Our security deposit starts at $250 and may go up to the equivalent of one full month’s rent, depending on your application screening results. The final amount is based on factors such as credit, rental history, and background check.
