Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

If you are unable to travel due to government-imposed travel restrictions, please contact the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will facilitate the request to review your circumstances and explore the possibility of cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are considered individually, and any outcome will depend on the property's review and applicable booking terms.

Deferring Studies

If you have deferred your studies, please contact the Amber team and share your updated university documentation. We will notify the property team to review your request for cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are assessed individually, and the final outcome will be subject to the property's review and booking terms.

Pets

A maximum of 2 pets per apartment is allowed, with a combined weight limit of 85 pounds. A one-time pet fee of $400 and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet apply. Veterinary documentation must be provided at the time of occupancy, including the pet’s breed, expected fully grown weight, and current vaccination records. Pet policies are subject to management’s discretion. Please contact the management for more information. Qualified service animals are welcome without additional fees or rent.
