Co-living spaces are safe. The property provides 24/7 CCTV surveillance and security guards.

Will my privacy get disturbed while living in communal living?

No. Residents have their own rooms with no interference from other residents. Communal spaces such as the study, lounge, social kitchen, and gym are available for residents to connect with one another.

Are the property's rooms for rent fully furnished?

Yes. Each co-living unit is fully furnished with a bed, an ensuite bathroom, air conditioner, workstation, high-speed internet connectivity, wardrobe, mini-fridge, and TV. The bed type may be single, queen, or king depending on the room selection.

Are there cooking facilities?

Yes. The property has spacious communal kitchens at the Boon Lay and Lutheran properties, while other properties offer studio units fitted with kitchenettes.

Are there laundry facilities?

Some properties have coin-operated washer/dryer units in the communal space. All studio units are fitted with a personal washer/dryer.

Does the property offer housekeeping facilities?

Yes. Housekeeping is offered at all properties. At some properties, it is chargeable and optional, while at others it is included in the rental rate.

Does the property provide bed linens?

Yes. At some properties, bed linens are included in the administration fee, while at others they are chargeable.

Are friends and family members allowed to visit or stay over?

Visitors are allowed. However, stayovers are not permitted.

Can I replace the furniture with my own?

What are Co-Living Residences?

Co-Living Residences consist of residential and service apartments for rent. Residential apartments have a minimum lease of 3 months, while service apartments have a minimum lease of 1 week. Service apartments offering studio units are available at locations such as Balestier, Keppel, Orchard, and more. In a co-living rental apartment, tenants have their own private space along with access to communal spaces, creating a community where they can enjoy both alone time and opportunities for socialising.

No. All units are fully furnished with an ensuite bathroom, allowing residents to enjoy full privacy.

Are the electricity bills included in the monthly rental fee?

Yes. The property provides an all-inclusive rental rate that includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and housekeeping services. However, housekeeping services are currently not applicable to the Boon Lay and Lutheran properties.

Can I book a Co-Living Hotel to stay long term?

Yes. The hotels feature retrofitted rooms fully equipped with amenities for everyday use, including an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, washer/dryer, wardrobe with personal storage area, smart television, and a spacious workstation suitable for hybrid workplace arrangements.

Can I order food delivery to my hotel room?

For the safety and security of tenants, outsiders are not allowed inside the premises of the Co-Living Hotel. Delivery personnel should be instructed to leave parcels or food at the designated collection area.
