什么是入住/退房清单?有何用途?

入住/退房清单是住户与公寓共同签署的文件,入住与退房时各填写一次,一式多份,双方各执一份,须在整个租期内妥善保存。入住清单在交钥匙当天完成(未必与签约日相同),记录入住时房间状况;退房清单记录租期结束时房间状况,用于确认住户是否完好交还房间。

房间内是否提供床品与餐具?

所有公寓均配备餐具套装;如需一次性床品套装,可另行付费申请(价格另询)。

申请住房补贴需准备哪些材料?

申请住房补贴时,请准备以下材料:

  • 身份证明复印件
  • 在读证明
  • 收入证明;如无收入,需提供上一年度无收入宣誓声明
  • 如需补贴直接打入个人账户,请提供银行账号(RIB)
  • 如已有CAF受益人编号,请一并提供
