Security Deposit
£500. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is held as security for the student’s obligations under the agreement. The deposit is refunded within 28 days of the end of the licence agreement, subject to applicable deductions. The deposit may be used towards unpaid accommodation fees, damage, extra cleaning, unreturned keys/cards, and certain unallocated damage or theft costs.
Pay In Instalment
The termly payment plan is the default, with payments due on 14/10/2026, 27/01/2027 and 12/05/2027. Students have the option to pay monthly during the acceptance process. For monthly payments, fees are due by 16:00 on the 1st of each month.
Mode Of Payment
Fees can be paid through the Accommodation Portal via Flywire, ePay or direct bank transfer. Major credit and debit cards are accepted; cash and cheques are not accepted.
