什么是入住状况表?用途是什么?

入住状况表是住户与公寓共同出具的文件,入住与退租时各填写一次,一式多份,双方各执一份,须在整个租期内妥善保管。入住状况表于交钥匙当天完成(未必与签约日相同),记录入住时房屋状态;退租时再次填写,确认住户是否将房屋完好交还。

公寓是否提供床品和餐具?

所有公寓均配备餐具套装;如有需要,也可提供一次性床品套装(价格另询)。

申请住房补贴需准备哪些材料?

申请住房补贴需提交以下材料:
  • 身份证复印件
  • 在读证明
  • 收入证明;如无收入,需提交上一年度无收入声明
  • 如需补贴直发个人账户,请提供银行账号(RIB)
  • 如已有CAF受益人编号,请一并提供
