入住/退房状况表是住户与物业共同出具的文件,入住时填写一次,退房时再填写一次。一式多份,双方各执一份,须在整个租期内妥善保管。入住状况表在交钥匙当天完成(未必与签约同日),记录入住时房屋状态;退房状况表记录租期结束时的房屋状态,用于确认住户是否完好交还房屋。
