All residences and accommodation have individual rooms, and, depending on the property, double rooms and cluster apartments are also available. All studios include a private kitchen (or kitchenette with shared kitchen access), private bathroom, TV, storage, desk, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Bills are included.

Check-in: the team will get in touch to confirm your arrival date and time. All you have to do is arrive and start your stay.

The team will accompany you and answer all your questions face-to-face. 360° virtual tour: if you cannot travel, you can explore the facilities from home via virtual tours. It is recommended to book your visit in advance, especially during periods of high demand (spring and summer).

Yes, all student residences and flexible accommodation are open all year round. If you plan to stay over the summer, it is recommended to check directly with the residence team as soon as possible, as places tend to be limited.

The arrival and departure process is designed to be simple and stress-free. Check-in: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive all the information you need about your arrival: date, time and required documentation. On arrival, the reception team will welcome you, hand over the keys and show you around the residence and its facilities. It is recommended to book your check-in date in advance to ensure the team can receive you properly. Check-out: You must return the studio in the same condition in which you received it. Let the residence team know your departure date with sufficient notice.
