How do I stay updated with events as a resident?

Residents receive updates through the resident app, email communications, and the on-site team. The app is also used to notify residents about additional services such as apartment cleaning and handyman services.

What happens on move-in day?

After the lease is confirmed, residents receive instructions for booking a move-in time, access information, move-in maps, and guidance for removalists. On arrival, the team assists residents and reserves a lift to help make the move-in process smoother.

Do I need to furnish my own apartment?

Yes. Apartments include essential appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, electric oven, and split-system heating and cooling. Furnished apartment options may also be available.

Am I charged for using the facilities?

No. Shared facilities are included in the rent. Some spaces require advance booking through the resident app.

How do I manage my ongoing rent as a resident?

Once the lease is approved, residents can set up recurring rental payments through the Resident Portal using direct debit or credit card (fees may apply).
