After the initial commitment period, the stay automatically transitions to a week-to-week commitment.

Residents must keep the sink empty and the stove clean. Dishes, pans, and utensils should be cleaned, dried, and put away after use. Spills and splatters should be cleaned immediately, and unused pots and pans should be stored properly.

Shared bathrooms must be kept clean. Residents must not dispose of foreign objects, including feminine products, wet wipes, packaging, dental floss, or hair, in toilets or sinks, as blockages may result in additional costs.
