Either party may terminate the rental agreement by providing the notice specified in the lease agreement, usually 30 days. For intentional revocations, such as cancellation by the tenant, there will be no refunds. For cancellations after moving in, refunds, where applicable, will be issued within 30 working days from the cancellation request and will be prorated based on the length of stay and services used.

If a replacement tenant is found, cancellation will be permitted and the applicable amount will be refunded.

The refund policy refers to unforeseen circumstances but does not specify particular extenuating circumstances or an approval process.
