2 months' rent is required as a deposit for the Annual and Semi-Annual Payment Plans. 4 months' rent is required as a deposit for the Quarterly Payment Plan. The deposit must be paid within 3 days of the invoice issue date to secure the room.
For the Quarterly Payment Plan, the initial deposit (4 months' rent) is converted into a Security Deposit after signing the lease agreement and paying the first instalment.
Annual Payment Plan: 2 instalments in total. 1st instalment: First 6 months' rent, payable within 7 days of paying the deposit and signing the lease. 2nd instalment: Remaining 6 months' rent, payable by July 15, 2026. Semi-Annual Payment Plan: 2 instalments in total. 1st instalment: First 6 months' rent, payable within 7 days of paying the deposit and signing the lease. 2nd instalment: Remaining 6 months' rent, payable by January 15, 2027. Quarterly Payment Plan: 4 instalments in total. 1st instalment: First 3 months' rent, payable within 7 days of paying the deposit and signing the lease. Subsequent instalments: 3 months' rent due by November 15, 2026. 3 months' rent due by January 15, 2027. 3 months' rent due by May 15, 2027.
Management Fee: The tenant has to pay a management fee, which may vary as per the floor the tenant chooses to stay on.
