The room is located on the 1st floor of an end-of-terrace house (single-family home) and has its own small balcony.

The room is furnished with a large bed (140 x 200 cm) including a mattress, a large wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and a floor protection mat. The room can be rearranged or customized according to your preference.

The house is situated in a quiet yet central location in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen Süd. A Tegut supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity. Additional shopping options, restaurants, bars, and shops can be reached on foot on Schweizer Straße. Public transport options (Südfriedhof bus stop; Südbahnhof U-Bahn/S-Bahn station) are also just a few minutes' walk away.

The house is divided into a shared flat (WG) area (ground floor and 1st floor) occupied by 5 people, and an attic apartment occupied by 1 person. The room available for rent is part of the shared flat area. The shared bathroom on the 1st floor is shared with the other flatmates. Additionally, there is a separate guest WC on the ground floor and a second shower in the basement.

The kitchen is a shared kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances. Here you can showcase your cooking skills and cook and eat together with your flatmates. Furthermore, there is a large garden available, which can be used by all residents for barbecuing or sunbathing together.

Internet costs are included in the utility fees. In addition, the utility costs cover a cleaning service for all shared areas of the flat (e.g., hallways, bathrooms, kitchen), which cleans once a week. Are there any hidden costs or extra fees?
