Security Deposit

<p>Student has to pay 1 month's rent (Refundable).</p>

Pay In Instalment

<p>Rent needs to be paid monthly, in advance.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Note: Rent should be paid before 6th of every month.</p>

Mode Of Payment

<p>Rent and fees are generally paid by bank transfer or other standard payment modes.</p>

Guarantor Requirement

<p>The property requires you to have a guarantor.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Note:</p> <p>1. A guarantor must be a financially solvent French tax resident.</p> <p>2. The guarantor must prove an income approximately three times the rent amount.</p> <p>3. If a student does not have a guarantor in France, the residence manager or the property team can assist in finding a suitable solution.</p>

Cooling Off Period

<p>You may cancel your booking based on the timeline below. Applicable charges will be deducted depending on when the cancellation request is made:</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Within 7 days of booking: No charge; full refund issued.</strong></p> <p>1. Up to 1 month before the planned arrival date: 50% of the booking fee will be charged.</p> <p>2. Up to 15 days before the planned arrival date: 100% of the booking fee will be charged.</p> <p>3. Up to 7 days before the anticipated start date: 100% of the application fee and ½ month's rent will be charged.</p> <p>4. After the planned arrival date: 100% of the booking fee and 1 month's rent will be charged.</p>

No Visa No Pay

<p>In the event of a visa refusal, the following cancellation policy applies. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and accompanied by official documentation confirming the visa denial:</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Up to 15 days before the planned entry date</strong></p> <p>1. You are eligible for free cancellation with a full refund of all payments made, including the booking fee and any rent or deposits.</p> <p>2. Between 14 days before and the planned arrival date</p> <p>3. You will receive a full refund of the security deposit and one month's rent, while 100% of the booking fee will be charged.</p> <p>4. After the planned date of entry</p> <p>5. You will receive a full refund of the security deposit, but 100% of the booking fee and one month's rent will be charged.</p>
