You may relet your apartment by finding a new resident who must pass the screening and sign a new lease.

Residents may keep one dog or one cat with the landlord’s written permission within their bedroom. Aggressive dog breeds and all other animals are prohibited. Pets must be properly licensed and vaccinated. Service and support animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.
