An individual lease is a per-bed lease. You sign a lease for a bed in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This means you are only responsible for your installment. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going to pay on time.

They need your Social Security number to run a standard criminal background check.

Do you offer roommate matching if I don’t have enough people to fill my apartment?

Yes. Roommate matching is available if you are not able to fill your unit.

Is renter’s insurance required? Do you provide renter’s insurance?

Renter’s insurance is required for all residents at the property. Residents can enroll in the Sentosa Trust Liability Insurance Program, which covers fire, smoke, falling objects, and water damage for $13.99 per month. While residents may obtain their own insurance, they will be automatically enrolled in the program if they do not provide proof of their own policy.

Do you have maintenance staff? How do I request maintenance?
