Each resident signs their own lease for their specific bedroom. If a roommate moves out, the other residents are not responsible for that person’s rent. Common areas are shared spaces.

The total rent for the term is divided into equal installments, which are due on the first of each month during the residence. Installment amounts are always equal and are not prorated. If you move in after the first of the month or move out before the last day of the month, you will still pay the full installment for that month.

Furniture and appliances are included. Residents should bring personal belongings and supplies such as electronics and corresponding cords/adapters, décor, trash cans and bags, pots and pans, plates, cups, eating and serving utensils, a coffee maker, cleaning and disinfecting supplies, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, linens, pillows, a mattress pad, towels, toiletries, shower hooks and curtains, and other items needed to make the space feel like home.

Rent is due on the first of each month and may be paid online through the resident portal by ACH, debit card, or credit card. Cash payments are not accepted. Convenience fees may apply to online payments, and late fees vary by property. Refer to the Housing Contract for more information.

Residents can submit a service request through the online resident portal. The onsite maintenance team may require specific details about the issue to assist with the request.
