付款和费用
Booking Deposit
The tenant has to pay 1 month rent as a booking deposit.
Security Deposit
The property requires CA$200 as a key deposit. Note: Key deposit will be returned once the tenant returns the keys.
Additional Fees
Parking fee: $360/ term
Guarantor Requirement
The property requires a Canada based guarantor. If the tenant does not have a Canada based gurantor, then they are required to pay additional 2 months of rent which will be applied to the 2nd and 3rd last months of the lease.
Pay In Instalment
The tenant can pay rent in the following instalment. 1. Full payment 2. Monthly payment. Note: For monthly payments, rent needs to be paid in advance.
