A security deposit equal to the first month's rent is required. The security deposit is paid directly to the landlord. The deposit is refundable, provided all rental conditions are met.

The property does not require you to provide a guarantor to book the property.

Payment frequency depends on the contract type selected by the landlord/accommodation provider. Monthly Contract: Rent is charged in full for each calendar month. If the move-in date is after the first day of the month, the full month's rent is still payable. The contract start date is always the first day of the month. Fortnightly Contract: Rent is charged per fortnight booked. If the move-in occurs during the second fortnight of the month, only that fortnight is charged. At booking, the displayed price corresponds to the first 30 days of rent. Fixed Contract: Contract has fixed start and end dates determined by the landlord. The full fixed rental period is payable regardless of the actual move-in date. At booking, the displayed price corresponds to the first month's rent.
