Broadgate Park is the closest self-catered accommodation to the University of Nottingham’s University Park Campus (under 10-minutes walk!). Known for its strong sense of community among its 2,000 residents, Broadgate Park is popular with both home and international Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. We are also just a 10-minute walk from Beeston town centre which offers a great selection of shops, and a short tram or bus ride from Nottingham City Centre.
The leafy campus offers a wide variety of room types to suit all budgets, including standard and ensuite rooms in cluster flats, studios and twin rooms. There are also 3 social spaces on-site for residents to socialise, study and make memories.

Early termination by students
Tenant remain liable for the accommodation fees for the full licence period unless the conditions for an approved early release are met. Tenant wishing to leave before the end of the licence period must notify the accommodation team in writing. Tenant must pay all outstanding accommodation fees and other charges before being released from the agreement. A £50 administration fee applies for an approved early termination. The tenant must find a suitable replacement occupant. The replacement occupant must be approved by the property at its absolute discretion. The replacement occupant must not already be living in accommodation provided by the property. The replacement occupant must enter into a new accommodation agreement immediately after the current tenant leaves. Security Deposit
A £250 deposit must be paid by the first instalment due date. The room keys will not be issued until the deposit and first instalment have been received. The deposit is held as security against unpaid fees, damage, cleaning charges, replacement of missing items or keys, and other breaches of the agreement.

Accommodation fees may be paid in instalments on the dates specified in the Tenant Residence Agreement. Tenant may alternatively pay the full accommodation fees by the first instalment due date.
