What does it mean to have an individual lease?

Individual leasing means that each resident is only responsible for their own bedroom and their share of the common areas. If a roommate decides not to return for a future semester, you are not responsible for their rent or payments.

Apartments come fully furnished. Bedrooms include a full XL bed, desk and chair, dresser, and nightstand. The living area includes a couch, chair, coffee table, entertainment stand with a TV, and a dining table. Kitchens are fully equipped with modern countertops, energy-efficient appliances, a full-size stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

How do I receive mail and packages?
