The Property works with students, whether they are looking for housing for the academic year or during a summer internship. It also works with universities and community colleges to make sure they are providing the housing services they need to their students. Security Deposit
To book a room you need to pay security deposit of $500
Booking Deposit
1. Once the application is approved, the student can pay the holding deposit and guarantee their place. 2. The deposit will depend on the room type you select. The deposit might change due to availability, please get in touch with your amber agent to know more. 2. The holding deposit will convert to a security deposit once student moves in. 3. Also, before moving in, the student needs to pay a $250 (one-time placement fee) and the first month’s rent.
Mode Of Payment
Credit cards, Debit cards, ACH payments, personal checks, cashier’s checks or money orders are also accepted.
Guarantor Requirement
The property requires you to provide a valid US based guarantor.
Pay In Instalment
1. If the lease agreement is only for one quarter, an advance payment for the quarter is required. 2. If it is a longer lease (semester or academic year) you can opt for monthly payments.

While safety cannot be guaranteed, they provide security measures such as controlled-access buildings and 24-hour onsite courtesy patrols provided by the building owners.
