Other additional monthly fees include: Valet Trash- $25 Pest Control- $10 Residents will pay water, electric and gas monthly. Water is added on top of the monthly rent, electric is provided by AEP, and gas is provided through Columbia Gas with just heating. You can use anyone for internet, but the recommended service provider is Breezeline. Parking across our community offers first come first serve with the possibility of renting detached garages for $120 a month.
Security Deposit: $300 or a full months rent depending on the screening approval.

Guarantors may be accepted for applicants who do not meet the income requirements. If accepted, Guarantors must complete an application, must qualify showing income of at least 3-5 times the monthly rent.
