A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required before move-in. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, subject to the terms of the tenancy agreement and any applicable deductions.

Rent is payable in monthly instalments. Note: Monthly rent payments must be made on or before the 1st day of each month.

Payments can be made using one or more of the following methods, depending on the property: Credit Card Debit Card Bank Transfer Cashier's Check Zelle 

Both domestic and international guarantors are accepted. Guarantors must demonstrate a minimum annual income equivalent to 2.5 times the annual rent. Third-party guarantor services are not accepted. Guarantors must provide the following documents: Valid Passport Valid Visa (where applicable) Recent Bank Statements Proof of Income (e.g., recent payslips)

A one-time, non-refundable application fee of USD 50 is payable during the booking process. Additional charges may apply depending on the property, including: One-time cleaning fee - $200 Pet fee and refundable pet deposit (where applicable) Parking charges - $250 (single) / $300 (tandem) (per month)
