  • Cooling Off Period
    There is no cooling-off period. Once a booking is confirmed, it becomes legally binding.

    Booking Deposit

    An advance payment equivalent to one month's rent is required before the tenancy commences.

    Security Deposit

    A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required before move-in. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, subject to the terms of the tenancy agreement and any applicable deductions.

    Pay In Instalment

    Rent is payable in monthly instalments. Note: Monthly rent payments must be made on or before the 1st day of each month.

    Additional Fees

    A one-time, non-refundable application fee of USD 50 is payable during the booking process. Additional charges may apply depending on the property, including: One-time cleaning fee - $200 Pet fee and refundable pet deposit applicable Parking charges - $250 (single) per month
