Security Deposit
1). The holding deposit equal to one week’s rent which will be deducted from your damage deposit. 2). A completed reservation form is required alongside the holding deposit to secure the property.
Guarantor Requirement
A guarantor needs to meet the following criteria: In full-time employment Earning 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent of the property Over the age of 25 They need to be a UK citizen, have indefinite leave to remain or permanent residency. Cannot be one of our current tenants
Pay In Instalment
The Property only accept one month’s rent upfront. Note:- Alternative payment arrangements (e.g. aligned with Student Finance or other upfront structures) may be considered upon written request.
Mode Of Payment
Payments can be made through debit/credit cards and bank transfer only.
