Students can opt for either of the following payment plans: Full Payment — entire lease amount paid upfront. Monthly Payment — rent due on the 1st of each month. A $30 late fee applies if payment is not received within 2 calendar days of the due date.

Credit Card, Debit Card, Money order or Cashiers Check

A guarantor is required for most students applying for a lease. Both local (Canadian) and international guarantors are accepted. The guarantor is typically a parent or guardian over the age of 18 who agrees to support the lease obligations if required. Applicants who meet specific income and credit criteria may qualify to lease independently without a guarantor. The application is only considered complete once all required fields from both the resident and guarantor have been submitted online.
