If you send several requests at once and one is accepted and paid, the others will be automatically cancelled without any charge. If you send new requests after one has already been confirmed, you may be charged again if one of them is accepted.

Is it safe to book without visiting the property?

Absolutely. All properties listed are verified by our team before being approved. Photos and descriptions are authentic and regularly updated. They guarantee, the payment is transferred to the landlord only 48 hours after your check-in, giving you time to report any issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund and our support in finding an alternative accommodation.

Is it allowed to smoke or bring pets?

It depends on the listing: in the “House Rules” section, you’ll find whether smoking or pets are allowed. To avoid any issues, always check before booking.

Can I register my residence?

It is not always possible to register your residence. If this is not specified in the listing, always verify with the team before booking.

Can I extend my contract or change its duration?

Yes, it’s possible. Just contact the team to check availability and renewal conditions. They will assist you through the process in a simple and transparent way.

When is the payment charged?

At the time of booking, the amount is simply held on your card. The actual charge occurs only after the landlord’s acceptance. If the accommodation is declined or no longer available, the amount is automatically and immediately released. Refund times depend on your bank and usually range between 48 hours and 10 business days.

Are there hidden costs or extra fees?

What happens if there are problems with the accommodation?

If there are any issues at check-in, contact your Spacest.com agent within 48 hours, explaining the problem and attaching photos or videos. Our team will help resolve the issue or, if necessary, find an alternative accommodation. The payment to the landlord will remain on hold until the situation is resolved.
