Students can qualify without a guarantor if they meet the required financial and screening criteria. A guarantor is required if the student does not meet the self qualification criteria. The guarantor must be 21 years or older. The guarantor can be a parent, relative, or friend. The guarantor must pass the required credit and background checks. The guarantor must provide proof of income or financial aid as required by the property. Financial qualification: The requirement is 2x the total term contract value for the properties where this criterion applies. International students: A guarantor may still be required if they do not meet the applicable self qualification criteria.
